Best final expense inbound call vendors for licensed agents (2026)
Last updated
We run HotInboundCalls, listed below. Here's how we scored everyone and where each competitor beats us. We checked eight vendors' own websites on Oct 10, 2026. Published prices for final expense calls run from $45 per connected call (Final Expense TV) to $75 per call (CTV and premium TV lines at RingFunnel and Inboundsify). HotInboundCalls charges $45 to $65 per billable call, depending on volume, states and call type. Results vary by agent, script and market.
How did we score each vendor?
We scored only what a vendor publishes on its own website, because that is what you can check before you pay. We did not test call quality, and we cannot measure it from the outside. Each vendor gets one point per criterion it publishes clearly, and half a point when it publishes part of it (for example a price range with the exact price quoted later, or a credit rule without details):
- Price per billable call: a dollar figure you can see before you sign up.
- Billable timer: when a call becomes chargeable (seconds, criteria, or on connect).
- Minimum order: the smallest amount you must fund or buy.
- Credit or refund policy: what happens to a bad call or unused funds.
- Contract terms: month to month, packages, or a signed agreement.
We also list each vendor's verticals, but don't score them, because more lines are only useful if you sell them.

Where does each competitor beat HotInboundCalls?
- Final Expense TV: a flat $45 per connected call with a 10-call package and no contract, per its pricing page. Our range starts at $45 and goes up to $65.
- Ring on Demand: publishes automatic credits for drops, dead air, wrong-state calls and duplicates. Our rule: hang up on an unqualified caller before the timer and you aren't charged, and dead air, duplicate callers and wrong numbers aren't billed. Unlike Ring on Demand, we don't publish an automatic credit process.
- Inboundsify and Ring on Demand: both list Spanish final expense lines today. Spanish final expense inbound calls are coming soon at HotInboundCalls, with no date yet.
- Ringelo: bills on caller criteria instead of a timer, so a short qualified call and a long one cost the same.
- AgentCalls: self-serve signup, a browser softphone, campaign training before your first call, and published dispute rules.
- RingFunnel: the same four call types we sell at the same timers, plus auto insurance calls.
Where we are behind on reputation: HotInboundCalls is a new brand (2026). We have no published reviews yet and no published call data yet. See how we handle reviews and is HotInboundCalls legit?
Which vendor should you pick?
- Pick Final Expense TV instead if you want one flat published price and a small first package.
- Pick Ring on Demand instead if written auto-credits for bad calls matter more to you than a published price.
- Pick Ringelo instead if you want to pay only when a caller meets set criteria, with no clock, and you sell final expense only.
- Pick AgentCalls instead if you want to sign up yourself, take calls in a browser and switch on and off; budget for the $97 monthly fee.
- Pick Inboundsify instead if you need Spanish final expense calls.
- Pick RingFunnel instead if you also sell auto insurance and are fine with a 20-call prepaid block and no refunds on credits.
- Pick HotInboundCalls if you want inbound, live transfer, elite live transfer and CTV calls from one vendor, a small starter order (5–10 calls) without signing a contract, a 90-second window to drop a bad inbound call, routing only to your licensed states, and a person to talk to before you fund anything.
How do you compare cost per sale, not just price?
Price per call is only half the math. Track your total spend, billable calls, real conversations and issued policies, then divide spend by issued policies. A $45 call that bills on connect and a $60 call you can drop inside 90 seconds can end up at different costs per sale. How much do final expense inbound calls cost in 2026?
Published prices we checked on Oct 10, 2026 ran from $45 per connected call at Final Expense TV to $75 for CTV or premium TV calls at RingFunnel and Inboundsify. HotInboundCalls charges $45 to $65 per billable call depending on volume, states and call type.
What is a billable timer on a final expense call?
It is how long a call must last before you are charged. Common published timers are 90 seconds for inbound calls and 2 or 3 minutes for live transfers; Final Expense TV bills on connect and Ringelo bills on caller criteria instead of time.
Is this list biased toward HotInboundCalls?
We run HotInboundCalls, so read it with that in mind. Every competitor cell links to the competitor’s own page with an as-of date, and we list where each one beats us.
Which vendors publish a refund or credit policy?
As of Oct 10, 2026: Ring on Demand publishes auto-credits for drops, dead air, wrong-state calls and duplicates; Ringelo and RingFunnel publish no-refund terms; AgentCalls reviews disputes with the recording. At HotInboundCalls, hang up on an unqualified caller before the timer and you are not charged; dead air, duplicate callers and wrong numbers are not billed.
Does any vendor promise that calls will close?
No. A vendor delivers the call; whether it closes depends on your script, products, follow-up and market. Results vary, and callers may or may not qualify for coverage.
