HotInboundCalls is opening ACA inbound call lines for licensed health agents for the 2026–2027 season. HealthCare.gov open enrollment runs Nov 1, 2026 to Jan 15, 2027. Before you buy, make sure your exchange registration is in place: CMS paused new agent registrations on the federal exchange until Feb 1, 2027 for agents without a Plan Year 2026 agreement.
How do ACA inbound calls work?
The same way our final expense calls do: a consumer sees an ad, dials, and the call is routed live to a licensed agent in their state during the hours the agent sets. You qualify the caller; the call becomes billable only after the billable time in your written terms.

ACA pricing depends on the state, the season and the call type, so we quote it on a 15-minute call rather than publish a number we would have to change.
Does Medicaid change anything?
Yes, carefully: people who fail the new Medicaid work requirements are also barred from ACA premium tax credits (source). See Medicaid work requirements for agents.
