HotInboundCalls is a pay-per-call company, operated by Rich Family Management LLC in Los Angeles, that sells live inbound calls to licensed insurance agents. We are a new brand in 2026: we do not have published reviews or published call data yet, so you should check us the same way you would check any new vendor.
What can I verify before paying anything?
- Prices are published. $45 to $65 per billable call, depending on volume, states and call type, on our pricing page.
- The billable rule is published. 90 seconds for inbound, 2 minutes for a live transfer, 3 minutes for an elite live transfer.
- Billing terms come in writing before your first order: prepaid credits per call, starter orders from 5–10 calls, no contract to sign, and hang up on an unqualified caller before the timer and you aren't charged.
- You talk to a person first. Every agent starts with a 15-minute call where you can ask anything.
What don't you have yet?
- Reviews. We are new and will not post testimonials we cannot verify. See reviews.
- Published call data. We will publish call-length and billable-rate numbers once we have enough calls to make them meaningful.
- A long track record in ACA and Medicare. Those lines are new this season.
What should I ask any call vendor?
- Where exactly do the calls come from, and does the consumer dial in or get transferred?
- After how many seconds is a call billable, and is that in writing?
- How do disputes work for a call you think was bad?
- Are calls routed only to your licensed states?
- What happens to your unused balance if you stop?
Ask us all five on the call. If an answer is vague, that tells you something.
