HotInboundCalls charges licensed agents $45 to $65 per billable call, depending on your volume, your states and other things like the call type. An inbound call is billable only after 90 seconds; if you hang up before 90 seconds, you are not charged.

Calls run $45 to $65 per billable call. Where you land in that range depends on how many calls you want, which states you are licensed in, and other things like the call type (connected-TV calls cost more than social inbound calls). Your exact price is confirmed on a 15-minute call.

When is a call billable?
A call is billable when it reaches your line and passes the time for its call type: 90 seconds for inbound, 2 minutes for a live transfer, 3 minutes for an elite live transfer. A wrong number or a hang-up inside that window costs you nothing. Your full billing terms are in writing before your first order. See what calls you don’t pay for.
How do I pay?
Calls are paid from prepaid credits, per call. There is no platform fee or subscription. Starter orders run from 5–10 calls. You add funds, calls ring through during the hours you set, and each billable call is deducted. Hang up on an unqualified caller before the timer and you aren't charged; dead air, duplicate callers and wrong numbers aren't billed. You don't sign a contract.
What do ACA and Medicare calls cost?
ACA and Medicare call lines are new for the 2026–2027 enrollment season. Pricing depends on the state and the call type, so we quote it on a call instead of publishing a number we would have to change.
How does this compare with other vendors?
